Trusted and Certified Payment Gateway Integrations​

ePRINTit™s cloud printing solution offers a variety of ways for users to pay for their printing service. Being a 100% e-commerce, 100% m-commerce solution, along with being PCI compliant, institutions can assure their Users, that all of their financial transactions are safe and secure while using ePRINTit™’s solution. ePRINTit never receives or stores any private information except for the last 4-digits of the credit card used and your name

Depending on the services and solution being requested by the Vendor ePRINTit provides the following Payment integrations.

  • Mobile APP with Payment gateway Integration (Account holders)
  • Web Upload Payment
  • Credit and Debit Cards
  • Account managed funding models and hybrid 
  • Bill back with unlimited sub-organizations for  departmental billing

Users can pay via payment cards and payment application methods on the printer or mobile app dependent of services being selected at location. There are also third-party payment kiosk integrations that ePRINTit only facilitates the ability to print from the cloud and the print kiosk provider has configured their own payment processor.

A payment gateway is a technology service that enables businesses to accept electronic payments from their customers. It acts as an intermediary between the merchant’s website or point-of-sale system and the financial institution that processes the payment.

When a customer makes a purchase online or in-store, the payment gateway securely captures the customer’s payment information, such as credit card or bank account details, and transmits it to the financial institution for processing. The financial institution then approves or declines the transaction and sends the response back to the payment gateway, which communicates the result back to the merchant’s website or point-of-sale system.

Payment gateways provide a secure and reliable way for businesses to process electronic payments, and they typically charge a fee for their services.

Available Payment Processors* ​

for the ePRINTit Enterprise Solution and ePRINTit SaaS Solutions include the following PCI-DSS Certified Vendors.

ePRINTit does not accept commissions or charge additional processing fees unless we are requested to manage the funding process. Fees charged are those of the Payment Processor and Credit Card company and can vary dependent on agreements with each reselling vendor. Vendors, Partners, Solution providers are required to make application to an approved (by ePRINTit) Payment Gateway/Processor and will be required to give us a copy of the Secret and Public Keys which are installed and enabled in our e-commerce solutions. Each Payment processor can enable additional payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, AliPay and many more. Please request instructions prior to registration and setup.​

  • Each Software application or SaaS may use different Payment Gateways, please consult with your ePRINTit Authorized Agent. Additional payment processors may be added from time to time and each payment processor may sell/provide EMV Payment devices. Please check with ePRINTit in advance to committing to any EMV devices. ePRINTit cannot be responsible for 3rd Party devices not approved in advance.​

Manage Account Funding

The ePRINTit Enterprise and ePRINTit Sass solutions are both enabled with funding management tools that provide great flexibility to add funds manually or debit funds in both Cashier and Administrator web portals. Each vendors policies can be clearly documented and available to end users. Detailed reporting is available for both Cashiers and Admin roles displaying time/date, amount and the Cashier or Admin’s unique identifier.

Combinations of providing free printing dollars and then pay for use dollars can also be enabled where a user must top up their account after the free funds have been used up.

Transparency in Pricing​

ePRINTit Enterprise and ePRINTit SaaS provide pricing to your clients from beginning to end. Before they print a job, all funds required are clearly shown on the user’s private web portal or Mobile APP. Users will have options to change their print request at the printer while being shown instantly the price difference. Even after printing a user’s account status is shown in the Kiosk screen window. Users can see their complete history of printing and payments in the ePRINTit Enterprise solution.​

If for any reason the printer is in an error state, the Kiosk will show out of service. Debits and credits can be managed through the Management or Cashier portals and Administrators are not required to go back to the Payment Gateway unless the client is requesting funds be returned to their Credit/debit card.​

How we Charge​

ePRINTit pricing model is simple. We charge a license fee per printer in periods of 1-3- or 5-year increments. Payment is in advance of the year. ​

Payment Gateway charges are managed between the Vendor or Solution provider and their Payment Gateway approved by ePRINTit. A one-time nominal integration fee is charged by ePRINTit to setup your account in our systems, including Mobile APP’s and Web portal submission.​
